Return & Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Satisfaction Period

We want you to love the way your room looks. If a decor piece doesn’t fit your space as expected, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and original packaging.

3.2 Fragile Item Protection (Damage Claims)

Decor items are often delicate. If your order arrives broken or damaged:

  1. Notification: Contact support@roomverses.store within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Evidence: Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the external shipping box.
  3. Resolution: We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately after verifying the damage.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For logistics and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized decor pieces.
  • Items that have been installed, mounted, or modified by the user.
  • Sale items (unless they arrive damaged).

3.4 Refund Disbursement

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash once the item is returned to our warehouse and passes inspection.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
